Voting members of the Council of Chiefs are the three youth officers, one youth representative from each lodge, and the immediate past section chief if under the age of 21. The COC decides the functions of the Section under the guidance of an adviser.
Conclave Vice Chiefs (CVC), uNITE Coordinators, and members of the Communications Committee are non-voting members of the Council of Chiefs. Each youth is paired with an adviser and tasked with implementing their portfolio.
